Who we help / IT managers

Fewer meeting-room, calling and device tickets for your team.

We set up and support Teams Rooms, Teams calling, managed devices and the network they run on, across sites in Australia and New Zealand. When a fault crosses from the room into the network or your Microsoft 365 tenant, we follow it there and fix it.

Room and calling faults often sit between suppliers.

The room won't join the call, and the AV installer says it's the network. A Teams number stops ringing through. A laptop misses a month of updates. Each one reaches your team first, and each can stall while suppliers work out whose it is.

And the business expects every room, call and device to work, with the same number of people on your team.

A meeting room is one more device on your network.

Rooms need firewall rules, a steady internet connection and room accounts set up in Microsoft 365. We configure those along with the Teams Rooms devices.

After handover, we support the rooms for the life of the equipment. If the room calendar stops updating, that's ours to sort out.

Laptops and phones managed and patched through Microsoft Intune.

We set up Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, so a new laptop configures itself when someone signs in for the first time, and existing devices keep getting patches and compliance checks.

That's also groundwork for Copilot. Before it goes wider, we check which Microsoft 365 files people can open and fix what's shared too widely.

Call quality depends on your network as much as the phone.

We check the network and firewall and set up the Teams settings in your Microsoft 365 tenant. When a call problem sits in one of those layers, we fix it there.

We move your calling to CVX, our service that connects Teams to the phone network, bring your existing numbers across and support the service after the move.

Questions we can answer for you.

Bring the ones on your list to a first call.

  • Which of our meeting-room devices will stop getting updates, and when?
  • Is our network ready for more Teams Rooms and video calls?
  • Why does the room calendar stop updating?
  • Which devices aren't enrolled in Intune or getting patches?
  • Which Microsoft 365 files are shared more widely than they should be?
  • How do our existing numbers move to CVX?
  • Who takes the call when a room stops working?

Send us the tickets that keep coming back.

Tell us which rooms, calls or devices take up the most time and how many sites you run. We'll call to find out where the faults start, and whether a fixed-scope project or managed support suits them better.
