AI & Platforms / Adoption & change management

Help people use Copilot and Microsoft 365, well beyond the executive team.

Licences and a launch email don't change how people work. We train each team on its own tasks, set up champions who help their colleagues, and track use so you can see which teams need more help.

Banning AI without an alternative pushes staff to their own tools.

Tell staff they can't use AI, give them nothing approved instead, and many will use it anyway, on tools outside your controls. Copilot gives them an approved tool inside Microsoft 365, and training shows them how to use it safely.

The opposite problem is common too: licences go to a pilot group, a launch email goes out, and use fades.

Train each team on its own work.

A finance team and a sales team ask Copilot for different things. We build training around each role's own tasks, with prompts and examples people can try straight away.

Champions in each team help colleagues between sessions and tell us where people are stuck.

Tell people what's changing, and why, before launch day.

People want to know why it's happening, what changes for them and where to get help. We plan those messages with your leaders and line managers, and time them with the rollout.

We do the same for new meeting rooms and Teams Phone, so people know how to start a meeting or transfer a call before they need to.

Track use team by team, and go back to the teams that stall.

Microsoft 365's usage reports show which teams use Copilot and Teams, and how often. We go through them with you, find the teams that have stalled and help them start again.

Questions about adoption and change management

Isn't Microsoft's own training enough?

It's a good start. People change how they work when the training uses their own tasks and someone nearby can help when they're stuck.

Who should get Copilot first?

Teams that spend much of the day searching, drafting and summarising tend to get the most from it. We help you choose, then add people as use grows.

Which technology do you cover?

Microsoft 365 and Copilot, and the meeting rooms, Teams Phone and contact-centre platforms we set up.

Can you help after the launch?

Yes. Your champions keep going, and through Continuous Capability or FlexCredits you can draw on our adoption specialists as new tools arrive.

Tell us what you've rolled out, and who isn't using it.

It might be Copilot, Teams Phone or new meeting rooms. Tell us how many people are involved and where use has dropped off, and we'll call to suggest where to start.
