Who we help / CFOs and procurement

Agree the scope and price before a project starts.

Meeting rooms, Copilot, Teams calling and contact centres come with a mix of hardware, licence and support costs. We set out what's included and how it's charged before anything begins, and offer four ways to pay: fixed-scope projects, managed support, Continuous Capability and FlexCredits.

Technology costs reach finance in separate pieces.

A room refresh after an office move, a request for Copilot licences and a Microsoft renewal can all arrive in one budget cycle. Each comes with its own quote and support contract, and they renew on different dates.

The costs that follow go-live are the easiest to miss: support, licence true-ups and the small changes people ask for afterwards.

Match Microsoft licences to the way people use them.

We review how your Microsoft 365 and Copilot licences are used and recommend the mix to renew before the true-up or renewal date. We can also supply them through Microsoft's Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme.

For Copilot, start with the roles that will use it most, then track how it's used so you can judge its value before buying more.

Check which meeting rooms and floors are worth spending on.

A room fleet audit shows which rooms can stay as they are, which need changing and which need replacing. A workplace utilisation assessment shows how much of each floor is used, before you decide on a lease or fit-out.

Both have a base price, adjusted for the number of sites and how complex they are.

Make Microsoft Teams your phone system.

Moving calling into Teams lets you retire the PBX and its lines, and leaves you one directory and one place to manage calls.

We move calling to CVX, our service that connects Teams to the phone network, and bring your existing numbers across. CVX's lines, numbers and support come on one invoice.

Questions we can answer for you.

Ask us any of these before the budget is set.

  • Which costs are one-off, and which continue after go-live?
  • Are we paying for Microsoft licences nobody uses?
  • How many Copilot licences should we buy first?
  • Which meeting rooms can stay as they are, and which need replacing?
  • How much of our office is used on a busy day?
  • Should this be a fixed-scope project, managed support or prepaid credits?

Tell us what's being decided, and by when.

It might be a renewal or a budget bid. Send us the decision and its date, and we'll call to explain how the job could be scoped and paid for.
