FLEXCREDITS
FlexCredits offer you the freedom to tailor our services to your specific needs, harnessing our expertise to propel your business towards success.
Flexible access to expertise for changing priorities
FlexCredits give you prepaid access to Generation-e services without turning every small task, advisory need or change request into a separate scope and approval cycle. You buy a pool of credits, then draw down against agreed services as priorities change across AI, workplace technology, communications, support and optimisation.
Not every requirement fits neatly into a project. Some needs are urgent. Others emerge unexpectedly. Many involve a mix of consulting, support, optimisation, change, training or technical work that is difficult to scope in advance.
FlexCredits provide a simple, flexible way to access Generation-e's expertise without the delays and administrative overhead of creating a new statement of work every time a need arises. You purchase a pool of prepaid credits and use them across eligible Generation-e services as your priorities evolve.
One investment. Unlimited flexibility.
Traditional service engagements often require separate approvals, procurement processes and project scoping before work can begin. This can slow down progress and make it difficult to respond to changing business priorities.
FlexCredits remove this friction by giving you access to a broad range of specialist resources and services through a single commercial framework. Whether you need support, consulting, system optimisation, change management or project assistance, your credits are available when you need them.

The problem we solve
Not every need is large enough for a fixed-scope project or steady enough for a term-based capability model. Small requests, short advisory needs, configuration changes, optimisation tasks and urgent support can get stuck in procurement friction. FlexCredits give leaders a simple way to fund mixed work while keeping spend visible and controlled.
How we help
We agree the eligible service areas, credit value, drawdown rules and reporting rhythm up front. Your team can then use credits for practical work such as advisory sessions, technical changes, optimisation, short bursts of specialist support, adoption activity or backlog items. Work is still governed, but the commercial friction is lower.
Outcomes you can expect
- Faster access to specialist help without a new statement of work for every task.
- Clearer control of spend through prepaid credits, drawdown reporting and agreed service boundaries.
- More flexibility across mixed work such as AI, Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, calling, contact centre, networking and managed support.
- Less procurement friction for smaller tasks, urgent changes and short advisory needs.
- A practical bridge between fixed-scope projects, M-Serv managed support and Continuous Capability.
Best-fit uses
- Advisory and discovery: short workshops, roadmap input, business case support and technical guidance.
- Optimisation: configuration changes, health checks, adoption tuning, licence review and service improvement tasks.
- Small project tasks: defined changes that do not justify a full fixed-scope engagement.
- Specialist support: access to Microsoft, AI, workplace, communications, contact centre, networking or security specialists for short bursts of work.
- Follow-on work: post-project improvements, backlog items and quick wins after deployment.
Usage
FlexCredits are flexible, not unmanaged. We confirm the credit pool, eligible work, request process, approval contacts, expiry period, reporting and any exclusions before work starts. Each drawdown is tracked, so you can see what was used, what remains and what value was delivered.
When FlexCredits are not right
FlexCredits are not a substitute for a properly scoped project, a managed support service or a committed capability model. If the work has fixed deliverables, use a fixed-scope project. If the need is ongoing operational support, use M-Serv. If you need sustained delivery capacity over time, use Continuous Capability.
Ideal for changing priorities
FlexCredits are particularly valuable when:
-
Work volumes fluctuate throughout the year
-
Priorities frequently change
-
Multiple technology domains are involved
-
Small tasks do not justify a separate project
-
Specialist skills are required on demand
-
Organisations want faster access to expertise
Instead of committing to fixed project scopes, FlexCredits give organisations the agility to respond to what matters most today while remaining prepared for what comes next
Frequently asked questions
What are FlexCredits? Prepaid credits that can be used for agreed Generation-e services across advisory, technical work, optimisation, support and small tasks.
How are credits used? Credits are drawn down as approved work is completed, based on the agreed credit rules and eligible service areas.
What work can FlexCredits cover? Common uses include advisory, optimisation, small technical changes, short specialist support, adoption activity and follow-on improvements.
How is this different from Continuous Capability? FlexCredits are prepaid and task-based for mixed work. Continuous Capability is a term-based model for sustained specialist capacity, a pod or managed delivery capacity.
Can FlexCredits be used after a project? Yes. They are useful for post-project tuning, minor enhancements, adoption follow-up, optimisation and quick wins after go-live.
Do FlexCredits replace M-Serv? No. M-Serv is the right model for defined managed support and service operations. FlexCredits are better for flexible, mixed work that does not need a full managed service.
