I just submitted my application, what can I expect? We aim to review every application within a week. If we see something special, we’ll let you know and organise a time to speak with you or ask if we need more information.
If I’m turned down, will you provide me with feedback?

We know that constructive feedback is really important for your career path, but because of the sheer volume of applications, it’s unlikely that you’ll receive personalized feedback.

Do you support flexible working? We focus on outcomes not input and not where or when you work.
How about diversity? We embrace diversity and we treat our people and our customers with respect.
Is there a human on the other side?

Yes, but while our team loves personal communication volume doesn’t always allow for us to reply individually.

Can I apply even though I don’t live in that country? For the most part we only consider applicants who are already legally able to work in the country that the job is based in. Visa sponsorship is very rare and is only for specialized positions.
How do you support your people? We respect our people and we care about their personal and professional development. People join Generation-e then can we have a framework for training to allow them to progress to where they desire their career to go.
I meet the qualifications, but no interview offered - why? We wish that we could speak with every candidate, but the number of highly qualified applicants is just too high to allow for it.
What is the interview process like? Our interview process is both rigorous and fun! It may involve taking a test, making a video, or giving a presentation and you’ll meet with multiple team members. It’s important to us that you and our team have every opportunity to ask the questions needed to make sure the position is right for both of us.
What is the culture like? Open, honest, direct, transparent, fun, hard-working, compassionate, supportive. As part of the interview journey you’ll get to find out. We encourage everyone to share their opinions. Our mantra is - We debate as individuals but leave as a team.
